Once again, Vocal Magic appeared at the Catalina Chord Club in Redondo Beach. It was a warm and welcoming venue to try out new Christmas repertoire and our first performance with new soprano Ariana.

The Catalina Chord Club features an a cappella evening the last Sunday of every month, featuring a variety of small group in a casual setting.
Vocal Magic performed "Java Jive", "Route 66", "Blackbird", "Where is Love", "Without a Song", "Workin' on a Groovy Thing", and "New York State of Mind".

We appeared at the Main Street Restaurant in Yorba Linda (Tuesday evening "open mike nite") to test out some of our new music. Even though most of the evening's performers sang with guitars, our cappella style was well received. Tracy (2nd from left) is shown jamming with one of the bands! We'll be returning in the near future for another fun evening!
